MBULELO DYUSHU |

Mr Dyushu obtained a B. Juris, LLB degree at the University of Fort Hare and Post Graduate Certificates in Compliance Management at University of Johannesburg, Contract Management and Competition Law at the University of Pretoria. He served his articles of clerkship in 2003 with Mlonyeni and Lesele Inc attorneys in King William’s Town. While in the said firm he gained immense experience and exposure in various areas of law, inter-alia, litigation, labour law, commercial litigation, insurance and contracts law matters, debt collection, MVA and RAF matters and matrimonial law matters. Soon after completing his articles he joined the Road Accident Fund (RAF) in 2005. Then, in 2006 he was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Mr Dyushu has worked for the RAF’s East London and Johannesburg branches. At RAF he has dealt with a number of claims the majority of which had been litigated claims. He has settled litigated claims in excess of R1 million rand. The experience that he got from RAF made him to be an efficient, effective litigator and negotiator. He left the RAF in July 2010 and a new firm of attorneys Dyushu Majebe Attorneys was established. Mr Dyushu is a partner at Dyushu Majebe attorneys. |

VUYANI MAJEBE |

Mr Majebe obtained a BA LLB degree at the University of Durban Westville. He has served his articles of clerkship during the year 2002 till 2004 with Mlonyeni & Lesele Inc in King William’s Town. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2004 and subsequently thereafter was appointed as an Associate for the same company for a period of one year. While at Mlonyeni & Lesele Inc, he has dealt with Litigation on both the Magistrates and High Court. He has a number of successes on Labour and Employment matters, whereby he has advised and represented clients at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (“CCMA”), and in prosecuting and presiding over the disciplinary hearings. In 2005 he joined the Road Accident Fund (RAF) in East London branch at litigation department. His main task involved litigation and briefing attorneys. Due to his experience on Labour and Employment Law matters, he was selected as a Shop Steward and a National Office Bearer (NOB) for the South African Transport and Allied Workers Union (SATAWU). While he was a Shop Steward and NOB member he represented workers in the organizational transformation meetings between the union Satawu and the management. He has also represented employees in disciplinary hearings, CCMA, labour court and at bargaining forums. |
